The shipment arrived yesterday and I am totally
pleased.
Both the dice cups are great. I was expecting to take
a few tries to get six dice stacked with the wooden
cup. I hit it right off the bat. On top of being a
super easy cup to stack with the cup looks very very
sharp.
The leather cup is also very very nice looking. A

Got the cup yesterday, Wow, the quality is amazing and the cup looks great. Finally, a chop cup that looks like something actual humans use in their lives! It looks like a standard dice cup that you can find in any board game or backgammon set ...as apposed to a metal cup that would only look good if you were using it while wearing a metallic space suit or an amour tuxedo. The cup that you made for me was custom made exactly to my specifications which is real magic in the world of magic props. Also, thanks so much for your fast service and delivery.

Just got my saddle bags made by Frank Starsinic... Wonderful job. Made well out of good leather - they should last a lifetime. I had Frank make me two straps. One that is a belt so I can wear one pouch as an over the shoulder bag for when I do walk around. I like to carry my loads for the cups and balls this way. It has ample room for the cups the loads and a small close up mat. And an extra pocket for flat card effects... Then a fat strap that drapes over a chair with two pouches snapped to the ends - and presto - saddle bags... This is for close up shows and when I do a lecture... As a sit down magician like Don Alan... These are very well made and will work for any close up magician performing situation... From walk around to formal close up shows. Thanks Frank Starsinic!
I will be using them at the coming lecture in FL and in July at the Magic Castle...

Frank, the pouches arrived just a few minutes ago. These are very nice. They are just a little larger than the ones I used in pairs at the Renaissance festivals. The size means that they will be easy to get into and out of. And the snap off top is just perfect.

I went with an unstitched brown cylinder, and it is, as they say, "a ting of beauty". Really. I'm always suspicious when it's the look and feel of the props themselves that makes me want to do a routine, (since we really ought to be thinking about the audience) and I have to tell you, Frank's cylinder makes me very, very suspicious. It's really hard to keep my hands off it. The height is a bit taller than what I'm used to seeing in the pictures of Ramsay's and other sets. But this is working out just fine. The props still look balanced, and the extra length provides some safety angle-wise, as well as allowing a neat little spin flourish that brings the cyl directly over anything one might have in FP. So, a great-looking prop at a price a Scot would approve of. What more could you ask for?

I just received one of the Cylinders from Frank Starsinic and it is very nice. At $24.00 bucks it is a great way to get into the routine. They work beautifully and look very nice. The coins fit perfectly and just a gentle squeeze grabs them with no visible deformity of the cylinder. Nicely done. Thank you.

Frank, I received my first leather cup yesterday and have not put it down ever since. It's absolutely gorgeous and a real pleasure to own and perform with. I'm using the late Mike Roger's mini chop baseballs and his final load baseballs as well. The contrast between the black cup and and white balls is stunning. I received the two cases, one of each, the other day. They looked great, and they ARE great! The holder with the squeeze-open pocket is the best "knife-index" I've seen. It fits my trouser pocket as well as my coat-pocket. The zippered pouch with 4 loops is a classy way to transport/store the knives. It works well as an index/holder as well. Both are worth every cent!

I received my bag today and it exceeded my expectations. When I put

I Just wanted to say a few words about your Poachers Pouch. Excellent product. It is the first pouch I've used, and all can say is wow! I wanted to thank you for my last purchase. I used to just bring out my 12" Owen's Ring and do my routine which everybody enjoyed.
However, at my last show I left the rings in your bag, sitting in front of my table.
I talked about the ancient mystery and picked up the bag. When I removed the rings the entire audience said, "aaaahhhhh".
I had never had that response before. The bag elevated the rings even higher than before. They knew they were seeing something really special.

Your Ball and Cone set is one of those items in magic that I've been interested in for a long time because of its novelty.
I just got my set the other day, and I must say that it is inspiring! The balls are brightly colored, and undeniably solid.
To a lay audience, I think that they look too large to do sleight of hand with, especially with my small hands.
The cone is a thing of beauty, perfectly made in leather with exactly the right degree of "give" to do what needs to be done.

The supple leather does not "talk" when a ball falls in, and lets the ball out without complaint, and the top opening is nice and small so a ball, inside the cone, does not "flash" when the cone is tipped up.
so it is perfect!

The Brown Beauty Busker's Pouch made it here Friday!
The leather is top rate. I like the details you have built into it. The smaller, soft leather front pouch sitting in front of the main compartment is a sweet idea. It will easily carry several small props and consumable items (balloons for signed bill to balloon for example).
I also like the draw sting idea. I find that I can use the draw strings to hold the main compartment closed and work from the front pocket easily. It almost makes the audience believe that the front compartment is the pouch. Plus it hides the continents of the main compartment for working close up to the audience while wearing the pouch (I'm one of those guys that tends to put it on and leave it on from the start).
The side pockets are a nice idea. They are well placed and can hold a multitude of small items, including a deck of cards! The coin pockets and larger pocket inside the main compartment make for a nice touch.
Honestly you have done a great job in designing this beauty. I know that you built it with large loads for the cups and balls in mind and as such it is superb! Trying it out I found that it holds four regulation baseballs across the bottom of the bag in a row with a melon or coconut sitting on top with room spare. But then you already knew that.
I?m finding it, as I had hoped, very much a multi-purpose pouch. I think that it will carry much of my regular act. I also like the ?purse? or money holder built behind the pouch proper. The satin lining behind the pouch is a nice touch.
Frank, great job! Quality workmanship and quality product. I suspect that may very well be my last pouch!

I got one of these new pouches this past week and put it to work, after 8 or 10 shows I've decided, this is the best pouch I have ever owned. The design and the layout are perfect for the street worker. There is a place for everything including your money! In this price range there is nothing that even compares.
This pouch is just a bit smaller than the pouch I was using and for me that is a bonus. In my cups routine I use four objects and a coconut. This pouch holds them easily and if I wanted to go to six baseball sized objects and a coconut it would be a snap. The shape of the bottom of the bag holds the top open wide without any forward sag so that loading feels positive and sure fire. It also keeps the bag looking empty without the need for super stiff leather in the front and soft in the back. Frank has made a really nice design shift from what others are doing and I think it works great.
The pockets will hold at your fingertips, coins, silks, cards, thumbtips, balls, rope, cash, you name it. It is obvious that this pouch was designed by a guy who works outside a lot. Frank has thought of everything and at the price of only $199.00 these things are a steal. Bring your pouch and your table and you are ready to work. This one bag is laid out to hold your entire street show.
Really, this is the only pouch you will ever see me using. I can not say enough good things about it.

Dear Frank,
I received the squeeze case for c/c knives a couple of days ago. It's
beautifully made!
I was using a home-made container, made with cut-down & stapled coin
envelopes. These worked fine as both a container and a separator in my
pocket for the knives, but actually having the knives gripped in soft
leather is lovely.

I have been performing my Chop Cup Routine for 10 years, and through literally thousands of performances I have used 8 different cups. The "Killer Chop Cup" is definitely my favorite, and lives up to it's name! Audiences cannot identify with a clunky metal cup, but this looks like a cup from a game set, or used for office supplies, it's very natural. The fact that you can fairly roll the ball in and out with ease just take this cup to a whole new level. Next is the quality and the price. It should be at least double the amount and it still would be a bargain! With having this cup for a year now, I have to say it is one of the best investments in my close-up arsenal! Thanks!

Having made and/or helped made pouches of another variety, I'd like to say this pouch is far better than anything I ever worked on. I had a customer call and ask to see a pouch one time, and he was from out of town. Not too far away, so I drove to his town with the pouch and a couple of items he had asked me to bring. We had dinner and he looked over all the items I brought. He picked up the pouch I brought and said "Wow, this would be a great pouch if it had a place for cards, maybe a couple of decks, a place to keep some props, and a few more pockets".
While having dinner with him and talking I learned he was a full time working magician who did parties, schools, festivals, and corporate events. He worked 5-7 days a week every week. He handed me the pouch back and said "No thanks, it's not practical for anyone who works like I do".
Then Frank came out with this pouch and offered it to us to sell to our customers as well. When the first batch arrived, I realized that this was the exact pouch the guy had described even before it was designed. Frank's captured what people want in a pouch.
We are thrilled with this pouch and thrilled that we have partnered with Frank to make it available. It's just so much more than a "circle show pouch". It's a true workers pouch.

The bag I ordered arrived yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Not only does it protect my set of Owen rings during travel, but it looks classy enough to be a prop n itself. When I pre-set the table for my stand-up act, I'm going to leave the rings in the bag and pull out the whole shebang during the performance.
It will certainly make it easier to keep prying eyes from seeing the key before and after the show.

I received my dice cup today.
All I can say is "WOW".
It's beautiful, even better looking than I expected. The leather work is very well done and the cup looks perfect. It actually LOOKS like a bar boot cup but with all the properties that you want in a dice stacking cup. I couldn't be any happier. If you could see the hunk of junk that I used originally you would know why I was worried about using a leather "dice stacking" cup. Thankfully, Frank's cup is NOTHING like that thing. This cup from Frank is EXACTLY what a dice stacking cup should look and feel like. I feel like a "real pro" with this baby!
I should post a picture of the leather cup I had and compare it to the one I got from Frank. It's laughable, there is no comparison whatsoever.
It's just a really nice cup. It is EXACTLY what I was looking for in terms of looks, feel, sound and construction. And as usual, Frank went above and beyond the call of duty in regards to quality and service. Put me down as a VERY satisfied customer.

I received the Zipper Coin purse and had a few minutes to check it out before I had to leave...but I have to say, this simple, unassuming looking purse is actually a little gem. It's small but holds a lot and holds it really tight and protected (as long as you have at least 4 coins in there). I'd feel secure putting expensive gaffs in there and tossing in into my case or pocket. The interior fabric protecting the coins from the leather is essential and I like that the whole package is very compact. I also like that I can open it and it's contents are shielded from view on either side. Awesome work. If you have any plans to make more versions of it (say, with a metal zipper, or two or more additional pockets, etc.), please let me know!

This is late - sorry. I received my Parlor Pouch, and was EXTREMELY disappointed... disappointed that I waited so long to get one! This thing rocks! It's simple, straight to the point, and does not distract from my wardrobe. It's versitile enough to wear strolling at a restaurant, or busking on the streets. It has enough room to carry all my props, and is easy to wear. Thank you!
On a side note I also purchased your small busking table. Looks GREAT! I have a mahogany tray jack which compliments it nicely.

I've been away awhile and just got the package today.
I particularly liked the chop cup. As someone who used to do leather work as a hobby, I appreciate the care in its design and construction.
It's totally innocuous, yet the magnet is carefully off centre, the seam locates the magnet, etc. There are many uses that this feature alone suggests and if you goof and get the wrong ball there's still a way out that doesn't really involve sleight of hand - just simple handling.
But best of all, totally innocuous, you'd never suspect...

I just wanted to say that I've been using (and abusing) the Busker's pouch since the beginning of the summer. I picked it up second hand, but it looked as if it had never been used. Maybe not quite so right now. ;-)
I'm a WORKER and do street and renn faire shows across the country. This thing is NOT treated gently. It's not an heirloom to be put in a shelf. It's like a pair of work gloves...
It has fulfilled EVERY requirement with flying colors. It's tough, roomy, comfortable, and the pockets and design are such that I have yet to say, "Gee, it would be great if it only had..." Very nicely made.
I've been performing for 15 years and right now this pouch has been through more, held up better, and lasted longer than any other pouch I've tried. Kudos! And thanks for taking the time to make these available. I recommend them to EVERY worker I meet.

my Tong and Welch egg bags are excellent, but your bag is the solution for me. Great workmanship and design. I have large hands but in your bag there is enough room for me to perform certain moves without stressing the stitches, the opening is large enough to permit a smooth appearance even with a jumbo egg--no 'catching' like on some bags, the fabric is quite deceptive, and having two orientation indicators is a welcome bonus.
Service was excellent as well. I ordered the bag Monday afternoon and got it Thursday afternoon with standard shipping.
I am very impressed and extremely pleased.
Having a magic shop is not exactly the path to riches, but you have my vote for them.

I've started using my new leather dice stacking cup in my show and it has made a world of difference! Not only does it look like it came out of a high end game set, but because of the soft, red lining on the inside, I can now produce larger, solid final loads, such as giant dice and billiard balls without any noise. This has given me the finale I've always wanted and could never have with the standard plastic, metal and wooden dice stacking cups.

I just got the pouch with the modifications we discussed. I can?t believe this is not your #1 seller! The compartment sizes are great! The quality of the leather and stiffness of the pockets really are what I was hoping for! There is no ?tell? from the front of what I may be carrying and am planning on recreating several routines where I had to reach in ?the case? for a wand or scarf or other small item will now come from the pouch.
